Website Design Package.

Everything Your Business Needs, Built as One Project

A website project that starts without a clear brief produces a website that cannot do its job. Most businesses know what they want to see. Far fewer have defined what the site needs to achieve, for whom, and how success will be measured.

The IPOINT INT. website design package is built around that problem. Strategy, UX architecture, visual design, responsive build, SEO foundation, and launch support delivered as a single integrated programme. Every stage informs the next. Nothing is produced in isolation.

The result is a website built to perform from day one, not iterated toward functionality over time.

A Package Is Not a Shortcut.
It Is a Structured Path to a Defined Outcome.

The businesses that get the most from a website project are the ones that treat it as a strategic programme rather than a production task. Brief an agency to build what you have described and you will receive what you described. Brief an agency to solve a commercial problem and you will receive something that works.

This package is structured around outcomes. The discovery stage defines what the site needs to achieve and for whom. The strategy and architecture stage translates that into a structure that serves those people. The design stage produces a visual experience aligned to the brand and the brief. The build stage engineers performance into every page. Launch and handover close the programme with your team in control.

Each stage is dependent on the one before it. That is not a process constraint. It is how good websites are made.

Built for Businesses Ready to Treat Their Website as a Commercial Asset

This package is for a specific type of project.

Established businesses that have outgrown their current website and need a complete rebuild rather than a series of incremental fixes. Companies at a strategic inflection point, a rebrand, a market expansion, a funding round, where the digital presence needs to carry real weight. Businesses in regulated sectors, iGaming, financial services, professional services, where the website is a primary trust signal and a weak one is commercially costly. Founders who want a website built to perform from launch rather than patched toward performance over time.

If the brief is a minor refresh or a small additional page, this package is not the right starting point. If the brief is a website that earns trust, converts the right visitors, and reflects where the business actually is, this is what that looks like in practice.

Built for the Outcome, Not the Brief

IPOINT INT. has been designing and building websites for Malta businesses since 2005. The technology has changed many times. The principle has not: a website should create commercial advantage for the business it represents.

  • Laferla Group needed a platform that reflected two decades of institutional credibility without losing the warmth of a business built on relationships.
  • APCOPAY needed a site that carried the momentum of a regulated payment company entering its next chapter.
  • PaperLess needed to communicate product sophistication to a technically literate B2B audience.

None of those were design briefs. They were business briefs that required design thinking to solve. That is the difference.

Every project in this package is custom. No templates. No page builders. No borrowed constraints. Built on Astro for performance, designed for the specific audience, structured for search.

How the Website Design Package Works

01

Discovery

A structured session covering your business, your audience, your competitive position, and the outcomes the website needs to drive. The brief is defined here. Everything that follows serves it.

02

Strategy and
Architecture

Site structure, page hierarchy, conversion logic, and content planning. Signed off before any design begins. This is the document that prevents scope drift.

03

Visual Design

Design developed, refined, and signed off before a line of code is written. You know exactly what you are getting before the build begins.

04

Build

Front-end development built to the design system. Performance engineered throughout. Every component built once and applied consistently.

05

Review and
Refinement

Structured review rounds with defined feedback cycles. Clear scope, no surprises.

06

Launch and
Handover

Deployment, redirects, sitemap submission, and a full handover. The work does not stop at the finish line.

What Clients Say

The IPOINT INT. team delivered a revamped website for APCOPAY instilling its new corporate identity. We needed the site to carry the momentum of a company that has been in business since 2004, yet intertwine the fresh, toned-down approach that the company delivers.

This was completed on time and to spec by IPOINT. Communication throughout the full process of website development was always flowing and they grasped a good understanding of what we wished to portray from day one, incorporating their suggestions along the way. We look forward to a continued fruitful long-term relationship with IPOINT.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in a website design package?

The package covers the full project lifecycle: discovery and strategy, UX architecture, visual design, responsive build, SEO foundation, content integration, and launch support. CMS integration is scoped during discovery and included where required. Photography and copywriting are not included as standard but are available as additions.

How long does a website design package take to complete?

For most projects, from a signed brief to a live website is 10 to 16 weeks. The variables are page count, CMS complexity, custom functionality requirements, and feedback speed. Projects where decisions are made promptly move faster. A clear brief at the start is the single most reliable way to keep a project on schedule.

What do I need to prepare before the project begins?

The more you can bring to discovery, the better the output. Useful preparation includes: a clear brief about the business outcomes the site needs to achieve, any existing brand assets including logo, guidelines, fonts, and colours, existing copy that can be refined or repurposed, any technical requirements such as integrations or CMS preferences, and access to your current hosting and domain management. None of this needs to be complete before the first conversation.

Will the package affect my existing search rankings?

Not if the migration is handled correctly. Every existing URL is mapped before launch and 301 redirects are implemented to preserve current rankings. The new sitemap is submitted to Google Search Console on the day of launch. A well-managed migration protects organic visibility. In most cases a cleaner technical foundation on Astro improves it.

Can the package be adapted for a specific sector?

Yes. The core package structure is consistent across sectors. The discovery, strategy, and design stages are built around the specific requirements of the business and its audience. Sector-specific demands, such as trust signal architecture for regulated financial businesses or responsible gambling positioning for iGaming operators, are factored into the brief from the start.
