MiFinity: Four products. One film.

IPOINT INT. wrote, storyboarded, designed and animated a brand film for MiFinity, a regulated global payments provider. The film explains four merchant payment products in 1 minute 52 seconds, works without sound or voiceover, and played on the MiFinity stand at SBC Summit Lisbon 2026.

Problem

MiFinity is a payments provider regulated by the FCA in the UK and the MFSA in Malta, serving over 1,500 brands. At SBC Summit Lisbon 2026 it had one stand and four products to sell to merchants: PayAnyBank, iFrame, the eWallet with MiRewards, and PayAnyCoin, its newest.

A trade show floor is a hard room to explain payments in. The hall is loud, and a merchant decides in a glance whether a stand earns a conversation. MiFinity's previous film was a showreel: it created atmosphere, but it did not tell a merchant what each product would do for their business. In a crowded market, the stand that explains itself fastest gets the conversation.

Solution

We treated the film as a sales tool first and a piece of creative production second. We wrote for one audience, the merchant, and set four rules before writing a word: one takeaway per scene, experience over interface, trust before product, logo last. Each product gets a title card, then a value scene, so the rhythm repeats and the viewer never has to work to follow it.

Design to the brand system

The film had to look like MiFinity before it said anything. In regulated payments, an inconsistent brand reads as a risk, so our fintech branding work builds inside a client's system, not around it: soft gradient fields in blue, green and yellow, flat type, and the infinity mark held back until the final frame.

Storyboard

Every scene was agreed as a rough sketch before anything moved, so reviews stayed on story and pacing, and a weak scene cost a redraw, not a re-render. It paid off early. Reviewing the first storyboard, MiFinity's marketing team saw it was pitched at consumers, when the buyers on the stand would be merchants. We rebuilt the film around the merchant within three days.

Motion

The film opens on type alone: no icon, no product, just a line that builds until it lands. "Global coverage isn't a feature. It's the foundation." Type carries the argument and motion carries the emphasis, which is why the film needs no voiceover and still reads on a stand screen with the sound down.

Complex messages

Three moments needed more than type: the globe firing a transfer into a bank, the MiRewards coin, and the PayAnyCoin payout rail. Each carries the heaviest build in the film, and none of them look it. PayAnyCoin is enterprise infrastructure, not a crypto product, so its scene shows no tokens, only payouts settling into a familiar transaction table.

The finished film runs 1 minute 52 seconds: four products, thirteen scenes, no voiceover. The final cut was ready on 3 August 2026, eight weeks before the show, and played on the main screen of the MiFinity stand at SBC Summit Lisbon. An evergreen edit followed for use after the show.

Five-star rating

Working with IPOINT INT. on the MiFinity corporate video was a really positive experience. The team took the time to understand our products and audience, and turned a detailed brief into a film that feels sharp, on-brand and easy to watch. The whole process was well structured, communication was always clear, and there was good reasoning behind the creative decisions throughout. The final result exceeded my expectations. I’d happily recommend IPOINT INT. to anyone looking for a creative partner that genuinely cares about the end result.
