We began by examining our existing clients, drawing from over eight years of experience and a solid database of clientele interested in event management services. From this, we crafted a set of personas that represent about 90% of our potential clients.

Description
For many years, the IPOINT INT handled stand construction and event management services for various expos and conferences. In 2023, this rapidly growing department of ours became its own thing. An innovative company called IPOINT Build solely focused on event-related projects.
With IPOINT Build, we needed to create a new website specifically for managing upcoming events, marketing outreach, client requests and showcasing our services. The website’s structure is clear and easy to understand, providing information about our offering, examples of stands we've built, and details about our construction process.

User Persona
Terry, the CEO of a gaming company, is expanding into the UK market and needs to participate in ICE London.
Goals and Needs:
- His company aims to build a large stand that effectively showcases their activities.
- They seek a company that can handle stand construction and post-event materials.
Frustrations:
- Terry had a negative experience at a previous exhibition due to terms not being met.
- Electrical issues resulted in some stand functions not working properly.
Leo, the managing director of an elevator production company, is planning to participate in an upcoming event in Malta next year. They want a large and impressive stand to showcase their products effectively.
Goals and Needs:
- His company aims to participate in the upcoming SiGMA Malta events.
- They desire a double-decker stand that stands out and is memorable.
Frustrations
- Their previous exhibition stand was too plain and lacked interest.
- The construction of the stand was rushed, leading to dissatisfaction.
Emma oversees the marketing department of a company offering payment solutions.
Goals and Needs:
- Her company aims to establish trust and attract clients in new markets.
- They seek to construct a medium-sized stand using reusable materials.
Frustrations
- Their upcoming event is in the Philippines, a territory with which they are unfamiliar.
- They lack an in-house graphic designer to assist with promotional materials for the event.
