We created a website for Century 21 Cyprus, a prominent real estate franchise with over 50 years of experience and more than 14,250 offices. Century 21 operates in more than 86 countries all around the world. We were approached by the Cyprus and Greece Master Franchisor, to take their web experience to the next level.
They requested to create a website, that will abide by the branding rules of the franchise. Adhering to their colour scheme and style, we designed something modern, clean, and user-friendly.
The objective was to ensure that visitors would enjoy exploring and easily find properties based on their specific criteria, and more importantly a tool for lead conversion.
We needed to identify design elements that aligned with Century 21’s brand guidelines. We selected fonts and colours that adhered to the main brand guidelines of the franchise.

The design system’s components were crafted to emphasise the clean and modern style of the website. We ensured that everything looked modern and spacious, and maintained the right balance to make Century 21 Cyprus stand out from the competition.
When designing the homepage, property search took priority, ensuring that users had direct access to a viable search engine to help them find the right property. Alongside with the exclusive properties section and a hero that directs to promoted properties, makes the very first interaction with the user highly targeted.

The website offers three types of search options to cater to user preferences. List search lists the properties. The map search allows the users to choose properties based on the desired area. The merged view displays both the map and listings side by side. The search bar on all three occasions in Century 21 Cyprus website enables users to find what they’ve been looking for with extreme precision and smart features.
We made the design responsive to ensure seamless functionality on mobiles and tablets. We didn’t want users to see a converted journey from desktop to mobile, we wanted for users to feel that this is what the website was built for; a seamless experience regardless of the device!
Throughout the project, we created a variety of screens, pages, and functional forms, all helping towards a universal goal of Century 21 Cyprus: Lead Capturing.
