Ipoint International Ltd. (hereinafter referred to "Us" and/or "We") is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. This policy explains how we use and protect the information that you provide us with.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
When you are contacted by or become a customer of Ipoint International Ltd. you provide us with information including your name, firm, address, telephone number, credit card number and expiry date. We ask for this information so that we can create your online account and deal with the instructions you give us.
Your credit card details are NOT stored by Ipoint International Ltd. but are instead processed remotely by a banking institution of our nomination.
For ease of reference we will place information you provide us about the companies you form in a database. This database will only contain information already in the public domain. If you do not want us place certain information on the database or wish us to update or remove any information already on the database please email us at email@example.com.
We may also monitor website usage on a statistical basis to enable us to develop www.ipoint.com.mt and the services we provide. These statistics may be passed onto external third parties but will not include any information that could be used to identify any individuals.
From time to time we or our agents may contact you by, phone, post or e-mail to ask you for your feedback and comments on our services.
We may use the information we collect from you to occasionally provide you with information about special features or changes to our website or of other services or products we think may be of interest to you. We may also want to provide you with related information from third parties we think may be of interest to you. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an e-mail containing just your website domain or username to firstname.lastname@example.org with 'MAILING LIST REMOVE' in the Subject Line.
If any of the information that you have provided to Ipoint International Ltd. changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, name or payment details or if you wish to cancel your registration, please let us know the correct details by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
The internet is not a secure medium. However we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy.
The server that provides the services offered by Ipoint International Ltd. runs on a Windows operating system which is continually monitored and all available security maintenance is carried out as and when required. The server is physically located in the United Kingdom. Access to the server is only provided to authorized personnel who are monitored. Electronic access to the server is restricted at IP level by a firewall. All unnecessary TCP/IP ports are closed to public access
The internal procedures of Ipoint International Ltd. cover the confidential storage, access and disclosure of your information.
SALE OF BUSINESS
If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners.
